Currently there are two popular ferry operators that operate there which are Tobindo (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Riesa Enterprise. From here, you can travel to Batam and Tanjung Balai Karimun.

If you are traveler and don’t have car, you can go here by bus and taxi. The cheaper option for public is by bus. For locals and travelers who want to go here by bus, you should take a bus that mainly operated by Causeway Link and stop at nearby bus stop at Sanrio Hello Kitty Town and Thomas Town, then you can walk to Puteri Harbour Ferry Terminal (it will take baout 10 minutes walk).

If you walk from Public Marina to Puteri Harbour Ferry Terminal, you can see a lot of people are fishing around here. This is legal. Something that you can try also. The only area that are restricted for fishing is the Public Marina (where you can see a lot of boat and yacht) and the Ferry Terminal area.
